Las Margaritas appeals above all for two reasons: it's on the Cargador seafront and it offers sea-view terraces in a building with a lift. If you're looking for something similar in the same area, there are two alternatives managed by Casa Azahar: the Ibiza apartments and the Mare Nostrum apartments. Neither is the same as Las Margaritas, but each covers part of what makes it attractive.

Ibiza apartments: on the seafront on the Cargador promenade
The Ibiza apartments are on the Cargador seafront promenade, in one of the liveliest parts of Alcossebre, with cafés, ice-cream parlours and restaurants with terraces by the sea. They're three-bedroom duplexes (one with a double bed and two with single beds) for six people, with a separate kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and ceramic hob, and a sea-view terrace. They have an outdoor parking space.
It's the alternative closest to Las Margaritas in terms of location and views. Bear in mind: the building has stairs and no lift. In high season, guests can use a pool nearby.

Mare Nostrum apartments: central and with a lift
The Mare Nostrum apartments are in the centre of Alcossebre, about two minutes' walk from Cargador beach, with supermarkets, restaurants, a chemist, medical centre and banks a few metres away. They have a lift, a shared seasonal pool with sun terrace and three-bedroom apartments (one with a double bed and two with two single beds, plus a sofa bed), with air conditioning and a bathroom with bath and shower.
It's the closest alternative in terms of convenience: the lift and having all amenities to hand make it very practical for older couples or for travelling with elderly relatives. It has no sea views, but the beach is a very short stroll away.
Which to choose?
- If seeing the sea from your terrace matters most: the Ibiza apartments.
- If you need a lift or prefer to be right in the centre: Mare Nostrum.
- If there are more than six of you: Mare Nostrum, which sleeps up to eight.
