The Las Margaritas apartments in Alcoceber are a building of holiday apartments at Camí de l'Atall, 27, right on the seafront at Cargador beach, the main beach in Alcossebre (Alcalà de Xivert, Castellón). The complex currently operates under the name Kione Las Margaritas and belongs to the Kione Resorts group, which has its own official website and booking channels.

If you knew Las Margaritas through Casa Azahar
For a time, some apartments at Las Margaritas were let through Casa Azahar, the local agency in Alcossebre. Casa Azahar no longer manages Las Margaritas, which is why you won't find the complex on its website. If you were a regular and want to come back to the same beach, Casa Azahar can suggest apartments nearby on the Cargador or in the town centre.
What to ask before booking on the seafront
Whether you choose Las Margaritas or somewhere else, it's worth clarifying a few points before booking:
- Views: whether the apartment faces the sea or the back.
- Floor and lift: important if older people are travelling.
- Parking: whether it's included and where you leave the car.
- Pool: whether there is one and which months it opens.
- Arrival time and key collection.
Where it is: the Cargador and Camí de l'Atall
The building faces Cargador beach, a fine sandy beach about 850 metres long with an unbroken Blue Flag since 1987, a seafront promenade and dunes with sea daffodils.
